Kim has 25 years’ experience in the Health and Fitness industry. She works with older adults, many living with long term health conditions. Kim specialises in teaching clinically proven exercise to reduce the risk of falling by building leg strength and retaining balance.

More recently she has qualified to teach a new exercise programme specifically designed for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease.
